Every pizza at Mia Bella goes into a proper wood-fired oven. The flame does the work, giving you that thin, crispy, char-kissed base you can't fake.
Dean runs Mia Bella as a proper family pizzeria in Mountain View Centre, cooking Italian the way we love it and feeding our neighbours across Gordon's Bay and Strand. It's a relaxed, sit-down spot with a fully licensed bar, so on a winter's night there's no better seat than the one by our fireplace, a glass of wine or a cold beer in hand.
